 This working group currently focuses on identifying useful biomarkers to distinguish indolent versus aggressive prostate tumors, and identifying the biological risk factors linked to prostate cancer among Black men.

The Medical Working Group is dedicated to improving healthcare capacity in low-resource settings through innovative initiatives by developing and implementing evidence-based clinical guidelines and protocols, providing medical equipment and supplies to underserved healthcare facilities, supporting healthcare infrastructure development and capacity building collaborating with local partners to address specific regional healthcare needs and disparities.
